Richard Greenspan

I have thirty years of experience in the construction industry. I began my career as an apprentice house framer in NJ. After that, I owned a small renovation business, building home additions and renovating apartments. From there I worked as an estimator and project manager for various NYC Construction firms with a focus on retail, commercial space and residential apartments. In the 2000’s I worked for a NYC developer managing several major projects. For the past seven years, I have worked with Max building affordable residential projects. Managing our projects during construction requires juggling the needs of the site, the contractors, the finances, and many more key players.
