Project Three

Ocean Green Senior, 744 Ocean Avenue, Jersey NJ

Ocean Green is a 44 unit rental building.  The building includes eleven apartments set aside for supportive housing.  C-Line Community Outreach, a 501(c)(3) social service agency provides supportive services for the eleven supportive units.  Funding for the project came through Low Income Housing tax credits and grants from Jersey City.  Construction completion and occupancy was completed in 2017.
