78 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Jersey City, NJ

78 MLK is a four unit condominium.  The ground floor retail space is owned by a local social service provider – C-Line Community Outreach Centers.  C-Line is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization serving individuals & families with a variety of counseling services.

There are three large family residential units on the upper floors, made affordable through grants from Jersey City Department of Community Development.
